Classroom Based Certified Training

• This is the REAL thing - not a cheap imitation that many partners offer - Sage SalesLogix Certified Classroom based training using the SAME curriculum, manuals, examples, etc. that Sage SalesLogix offers at it's facilities in Scottsdale, Arizona.
   
• We provide both SalesLogix Power Users and SalesLogix Administration courses. After completion, we submit your name to the Sage SalesLogix training group and you can then take the official on-line assessment and be certified!
   
• Training can be conducted on or off site. We will work with you.

FlexX-Force^TM is what we call our Professional Services offering. FlexX-Force is targeted toward Sage SalesLogix Business Partners and SalesLogix Clients that:

• Are limited in technical staff but overloaded with work.
   
• Are still working out the kinks of getting up to speed on the v6.2.x/v7.x platform.

Upgrades

• We perform upgrades from ANY version of Sage SalesLogix to the most current release (7.5.x) on BOTH the windows and web platforms - large or small.

New Installations

• We can provide licenses for BOTH Sage SalesLogix and TaskCentre, and (if desired) do a complete "Turn-Key" Installation!

Support and Troubleshooting

• Thru the use of technologies such as GoToMeeting™ we are able to instantly and securely  "Go To" our clients' sites and see just what they are seeing. We also (with their permission) obtain keyboard and mouse control to interactively work with them to quickly resolve their problems. This same technology is used as a vehicle to "broadcast" a training session to multiple individuals/groups to provide remote training/refresh sessions as well.
   
• The Sage SalesLogix (web) Customer Portal is up and running 7x24 for our clients so they can log tickets and query our vast knowledge base. Just click on Customer Portal and Log In with your personal secure username/password!
   
• TaskCentre is not only something we sell but also something we use! Monitoring tickets we get immediate notification when one arrives! We can also monitor the heath of your sync operations.
