Have you updated your SalesLogix v6.2 to SP6 or your v7.0 to

As a result of a change by the
US Congress in 2005, DST (Daylight Savings Time) is 3 weeks early this
year and will run an additional week in the fall. SalesLogix was
impacted by this change. In addition, Microsoft has recently issued a
change that impacts DST yet again!
